The Phat Chef

 Born and raised in Iowa, Fresh Produce has long been a part of my life.  From Grandma's garden as a child, to the Local Farmers Market today as a Chef & Sauciere, I have been trying to extract the full flavor and benefits of the greenery and ruffage around me.  All these years later, I still look for that "perfect" tomato, or pepper, or whatever; but have many more ways to deliver it.  With 30 years in professional kitchens, for me it all starts at the Farmers Market.   We are looking to Share some of my Sauces that have been popular over the years. These have been used for vegetable dip, fried appetizer dip, and as spreads on specialty sandwiches.  They are All Natural, Vegan, Fat Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and do not contain MSG.  I produce the Sauces in Iowa City, Iowa with Locally Grown Product that offer you Healthier Alternatives to many Popular Sauces & Condiments.
